I recently traded in my Toyota on 2 VW's. One new billabong citi golf and a brand new Polo 2010 model. I have bought many cars in the last 15 years but the service I got from McCarthy VW Menlyn was by far the best I have ever received. The sales lady, Lizelle Ganswyk, was extremely helpful. VW definitely need more sales people like this. Every time I contacted her, I was helped with a very friendly and speedy response. This is the first time that a sales person said 'I'll get back to you' and it really happened. The manager, Mike Geyser, was always on hand for any queries as well. Whenever I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hand shake and a joke or two. I can really recommend doing business with VW Menlyn, ask for Mike Geyer and Lizelle Gansawyk. Well done McCarthy VW Menlyn
